The surgical placement of your implants typically takes 2-3 hours per arch. We place your temporary teeth the same day, so you walk out with a fully functional smile. After a healing period of 3-6 months, we'll replace your temporaries with your final zirconia teeth. The entire process from start to finish is typically 4-6 months, but you'll have teeth every step of the way.
Most patients report minimal discomfort during the procedure, as we use local anesthesia and sedation options to keep you comfortable. After the procedure, you may experience some soreness similar to a tooth extraction, which can be managed with over-the-counter pain medication. Our AI-guided precision minimizes tissue trauma, leading to faster healing and less discomfort than traditional methods.
With proper care, All-on-X implants can last 20+ years or even a lifetime. The titanium implants integrate with your jawbone and become a permanent part of your body.
